What are the Dates and Times of the Mansion in May?
  • Mansion in May is open from Monday, May 1 to Wednesday, May 31 from 10 am until 4 pm.

  • Mansion in May is open throughout the Memorial Day weekend.

  • Last entry to the Mansion is at 3:00 pm.

How do I purchase a ticket and what important details should I know?
  • General Admission tickets are $50 plus processing fees which ensure that 100% of your ticket purchase goes to support The Institute of Bioskills Training and Innovation.

  • Tickets can be purchased by visiting www.mansioninmay.org and onsite at the Admission Tent.

  • Tickets may be purchased on any day through May 31, 2023.

  • To help avoid delays, we ask that you purchase your ticket prior to arriving at the Mansion.

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your ticket purchase with a bar code and ticket included.

  • For access to the Mansion, please show your bar code on your phone or print your ticket and present it at the Admission Tent upon arrival.

  • Mansion in May Tickets are non-refundable.

  • The last entry to the Mansion is at 3:00pm. The Mansion closes for the day at 4:00pm.

  • No children under the age of 12 (including infants) are allowed.

  • The Mansion is not fully handicap accessible as it occupies two floors.

  • No pets allowed.

 

Do you offer Private Tours of the Mansion?

Private tours are offered six mornings a week and on three Thursday evenings during the month of May. The tour is conducted with its own private tour guide, exclusively for your group of 12. Morning tours will begin by 9am, one hour before general admission, and Thursday Evening tours will begin by 5:30pm. Parking on-site is available for private tour visitors. Lunch is included for morning private tours.

This option is well suited for professionals interested in bringing clients or colleagues to view the Mansion and groups of friends or clubs of 12 who would like a private tour of their own. Please visit TICKETS to learn more and purchase tickets.

 

Where do I park to visit the Mansion?

General Admission ticket holders will park at our shuttle lot and be driven directly to the Mansion via shuttle. Shuttles run continuously to and from the Mansion. Parking is free.

Are volunteers needed during May at the Mansion?

There are many exciting volunteer opportunities that cover a range of interests. Each position, time slot, and individual volunteer is critical to creating an unforgettable experience for our visitors at Three Fields!  Volunteers will be given a brief orientation about their areas, including background information about their space which they can share with visitors.  More information is available at www.mansioninmay.org/volunteer

 

I bought a ticket, now what?

Upon arrival at the Mansion, you will need to either show your bar code on a mobile device or provide your printed ticket for entry.

 

I lost my ticket, ticket confirmation or have a ticketing question.

Are there other Mansion Special Events?

Yes! We are hosting a Preview Day on Saturday, April 29th, Afternoon Tea in the Garden on Tuesday, May 9th and An Evening in The French Countryside on Friday, May 12th. Please see our website at www.mansioninmay.org for more details on these events and links to purchase tickets when they become available.

 

Is there a place on-site to purchase food or drinks?

Yes! Visit our lovely Three Fields Café to enjoy delicious food and drinks and make a day of it at the Mansion! PLEASE NOTE: No food and/or drinks are allowed inside the Mansion.

 

Will there be shopping?

Yes! We have many unique and exciting boutiques lined up for you to browse! They are located in the carriage house and stables of the Mansion.

Is there a dress code?

Come as you are. Parking is located on fields so appropriate footwear is recommended.

​

Are bathrooms available for Mansion guests?

Yes, there are portable lavatories for our guests. Bathrooms inside the Mansion are NOT for visitor use.

How long will it take to tour the Mansion?

Sixty to seventy minutes for the interior spaces is usually needed. Viewing the landscape, shopping in the boutiques followed by lunch in the Three Fields Cafe would take about a half a day.

Other Mansion in May restrictions

The Mansion occupies two floors so is not wheelchair accessible. No children under the age of 12 are allowed into the house. No pets allowed.

Are items in the rooms of the Mansion available for purchase?

Absolutely! Please make note of any items you are interested in purchasing and visit our Designer Sales Office located in the Café Courtyard to make purchases.
