This private tour will be conducted by your own private tour guide, exclusively for your group of 12.  Morning tours will begin by 9 am, one hour before general admission (please arrive by 8:30 am and no later than 8:45 am).  Thursday Evening tours will begin by 5:30 pm (please arrive by 5:00 and no later than 5:15 pm).   Parking on-site is available for private tour visitors.

This option is well suited for professionals interested in bringing clients or colleagues to view the mansion and groups of friends or clubs of 12 who would like a private tour of their own.

Beginning on February 1, 2023, whole group tours of 12 will be made available for purchase through our online ticketing service. Take advantage of this advance booking to secure a private tour for 12 on the specific weekday morning or Thursday evening in May that works best for your group.

PRICING

Morning Tours:  Groups of 12 at $1,500 plus credit card fees

Tours take place in the morning, Monday through Saturday before the mansion opens and include a private tour guide, on-site parking along with a boxed lunch in the Café tent . 

 

Evening Tours:  Groups of 12 at $1,320 plus credit card fees

Tours include on-site parking and a private tour guide.   

Dates: Thursdays, May 4, 18 and 25.  

 

PLEASE NOTE 

 

• ​Private Tour visitors must arrive no later than 8:45 a.m (or 5:15 pm for evening tours) on the date of their tour.

​

• Tour length is approximately 75 to 90 minutes.

​

• The Mansion is not handicapped accessible.

​

• Food and beverages are not permitted inside while touring the Mansion.

​

• Children under the age of 12 (including infants) and pets are not permitted in the mansion.
