Hillary's career started in the fashion industry as a sweater designer where weave and texture were in every design decision. Known for her love of neutrals and innate refinement, her passion for bespoke details and consideration for craft, inspired her to cofound MIMI & HILL with her best friend in 2011. Their work has been featured in House Beautiful, Elle D�cor, Architectural Digest, Design NJ, and Martha Stewart. Cemented by her time at This Old House, and inspired by the architecture and historic homes of her colonial town, Miriam cofounded MIMI & HILL with her best friend in 2011. Her love affair for what is created by earth and subsequently, by hand, can be found in MIMI & HILL's organically inspired but elevated designs.
