MORRISTOWN, NJ, June 10, 2025 – The Women’s Association for Morristown Medical Center (WAMMC) is pleased to announce the winners of its Mansion in May 2025 Tulip Award. Kristin Badolato of Kristin Ashley Interiors and the team, Sarah Conine and Beth Rosevear, of Garden Cottage were recognized with Mansion in May’s highest honor as selected by visitors who cast ballots for their favorite interior and landscape spaces at the end of their tours.
WAMMC’s 21st signature fundraiser at Wildfair, a nearly 9,500 square foot fieldstone and tile-roofed neo-Colonial country estate house in Chester Township, New Jersey, was open to the public from May 1 to May 31st for visitors to tour the mansion and gardens. All proceeds will support the new Proton Therapy Center at Morristown Medical Center.
“All of our interior and landscape designers have done a spectacular job. We are so grateful for their participation in this year’s Mansion in May. Each one of them brought their individual creativity and expertise and worked long hours to make this mansion a success,” said Mary Courtemanche, Co-Chair, Mansion in May 2025.
“Our guests were captivated, unable to choose a favorite,” said Barbara Ruane, Co-Chair, Mansion in May 2025. “Each room and garden whispered its own story, each space a world of its own. Together, they left an impression that lingered long after the visit.”

According to interior design space winner Kristin Badolato, she derived her inspiration for The Dining Room from both the surrounding landscape and the architectural integrity of the home.
“Great design listens to its surroundings. For this dining room, I drew inspiration from the lush landscape just beyond the bay window and sought to create a space that not only reflects that natural beauty, but also pays homage to the elegance and history of the home’s era,” said Kristin Badolato. “The result is a timeless design that blends traditional foundations with modern elements, offering a fresh yet classic aesthetic.”
The winning landscape space design team of Sarah Conine and Beth Rosevear collaborated on the design of Chasing Serenity and created one grand outdoor living area.
“This space adjacent to the pond and a welcoming pool was the perfect setting to design and create a patio that offers an idyllic escape where you can embrace the beauty of the outdoors in style,” said Beth Rosevear.
Sarah Conine said, “This is Garden Cottage’s 7th Mansion in May and we were honored to once again participate alongside our fellow designers in support of Morristown Medical Center.”
Mansion in May is the preeminent designer showhouse and gardens in the New Jersey-New York area, attracting over 24,000 visitors to the event, and typically held every other year. As a fundraiser for Morristown Medical Center, the event is known for presenting the area’s most unique and historic mansions, restored through the work of top interior and landscape designers.
