Wildfair - Chester Township

Wildfair in Chester Township hosted the 21st Mansion in May and raised $2 million for the new Proton Therapy Center at Morristown Medical Center.

About Wildfair

Wildfair, the site of Mansion in May 2025, is a historical site that dates back more than 220 years.

Before it was first turned into a picturesque and gracious country estate, the property had long been a working farm and the site of a gristmill, sawmill and workshop for the manufacture of millstones. This majestic 9000 square foot estate resides on over 55 acres in Chester, NJ. In 1934, Elizabeth and Harry Bowly Hollins III, a New York banker and broker, acquired the property and soon hired the Philadelphia architectural firm of Willing, Sims & Talbutt. The architects retained the original late eighteenth or early nineteenth-century stone farmhouse and designed extensive fieldstone additions to create a rambling and spacious country retreat that hosted over 24,000 visitors during the month of May 2025.
