VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

Mansion Docent
Volunteer Mansion Docents are responsible for greeting visitors in each room of the Mansion. Shifts are 3.5 hours; 9:30 AM -1:00 PM or 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM. You will provide information and answer any questions to ensure a successful engaging experience for our visitors.

Garden Docent
Volunteer Garden Docents are posted in various places throughout the exterior design spaces, welcoming and guiding visitors. Shifts are 9:30 AM-1:00 PM or 12:30 PM-4:00 PM. The Landscape Co-Chairs will provide volunteers with landscape design information to enable docents to engage with visitors. This position is necessary for all weather conditions, please dress accordingly.
Admissions
Volunteers are needed in 3-hour shifts; 9:30 AM-12:30 PM or 12 PM-3 PM. You will greet guests upon arrival at the admissions tent, scan guests' tickets with the provided iPad to verify admission, and answer any initial questions guests have before their tour.
Café
The Café will host delicious fare in a tent on the Three Fields grounds in order to provide guests with fine refreshment options, volunteers can choose between 2 timeslots; 10:45 AM-1:30 PM or 1:15 PM-4:00 PM. Some duties include; assisting with food set up and display, replenishing items as needed, light clean up and serving food.
Parking
Volunteers are needed in 4 ½ hour shifts each day in May; 8:00 AM-12:30 PM and 12:30 PM-5:00 PM both onsite at Three Fields and off-site at Community of St. John Baptist at 82 West Main Street, Mendham, NJ 07924. Duties include guiding guests to park in designated areas, managing traffic in the parking lot, and assisting visitors with shuttle transportation to Mansion from the off-site parking location. Please note, this position is essential in any weather condition.
Raffle Sales
There are 2 shifts to choose from to help sell raffle tickets to Mansion guests: 9:30 AM-12:30 PM or 12:00 PM-3:30 PM each day in May. Training will be provided to complete transactions on iPads for guests to purchase raffle tickets.

Each position, time slot, and individual volunteer is critical to creating an unforgettable experience for our visitors at Three Fields!
