DESIGNER: Rachel Kapner
My major design influences are style and color. I guess you can say my design style has evolved with the look and character originated by Mario Buatta. I enjoy the use of multiple fabrics in a room without making it too busy, establishing classic looks with just a touch of a whimsical accent. It's a sense of interior design that works well in many homes. The use of a wide variety of textures and sleek modern lines creates a tonal elegance that I am most proud of. Listening carefully to my clients' needs and desires is my Golden Rule. I love working closely with them and watching their confidence grow with each decision we make. Satisfaction comes from seeing a project through to completion, watching a family enjoy the comfort of their new surroundings. Many times the design process grows as a family grows. Many clients call on me to assist them in updating their home year after year.
DESIGNER: Lois Darling
"My passion for design grew from a natural instinct for balance, scale, and proportion, combined with a love for the collaborative process of creating a space that exceeds a client's expectations. It's all about understanding how someone truly lives and uses their home. When I finish a room, it is a reflection of all the things a client loves, incorporating their own personality into a tasteful, functional design. That's the best part." "As a Senior Interior Designer for Creative Wallcoverings & Interiors, it's a pleasure and a privilege to work with incredible clients, and to leverage the full force of one of the greatest interior design houses in the region."
DESIGNER: Mary La Vecchia
Mary La Vecchia's passion for color, textiles, architecture, and fine arts are truly evident in her ability to help her clients discover their own unique styles. She can take the clients' design needs and apply her skills and experience to create a result that reflects their distinct tastes. "Most clients say they have no idea of their own style, but after a good conversation with them about design, I can target their style and design needs."
