Blairsden
In May 2014, guests gathered at the stunning Blairsden where $2 million was raised to benefit the PICU & Autism Center at Goryeb Children’s Hospital.

Designed and constructed between 1898 and 1903, Blairsden was the magnificent country home of C. Ledyard Blair, a New York City financier, sportsman and commodore of the New York Yacht Club. Blair was the grandson of self-made multimillionaire, philanthropist and Princeton University benefactor John Insley Blair, who made his fortune in mining and building much of America’s rail system. Hailed as a feat of design and engineering, Blairsden is a 62,000-square-foot Louis XIV Château-style mansion, the masterpiece of renowned architecture firm Carrère and Hastings.
